Limited Guarantee

We continually inspect and try to improve our products. All parts have been inspected prior to packaging and our guarantee is limited to replacement of defective parts. This guarantee is in lieu of all other guarantees or warranties implied or expressed. Because we cannot control the application of our products, the buyer assumes risk for any and all damage caused to himself or a third party by virtue of failure of these parts. We make no warranty as to products distributed by us expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will, however, pass on all warrantees made by the manufacturer, who has sole responsibility for performing such warranties. We reserve the right to examine any product before replacement or repair.

Important Note on Pricing

The prices for all of our parts are determined and changed on a regular basis, depending on fluctuations of the Australian dollar with the value of the US dollar. Most other businesses do not do this, and their prices are fixed at very high mark-ups. This generally allows them to sell their goods at a consistently high profit margin. We do not play this game, as our parts are priced based on the value of the Aussie at the time of purchase. We hope that you appreciate our attempts to provide quality parts at fair prices.

Returns

We will not accept any return goods without prior approval. Return merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice the goods were purchased on. A letter or explanation is also required. Authorized returns will be handled by refund check, repair, or replacement. All refused orders and returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice.

Claims

All goods are double checked, carefully packaged, and shipped in good condition. The carrier has responsibility for the goods from the time they leave the facility until the time they are delivered to you. Title of merchandise passes to customer upon our delivery to the carrier. All claims for loss or damage are to be made immediately and directly to the carrier.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Any items cancelled prior to shipment will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

In some situations an item has to be ordered or drop-shipped from our distributors, and once your item has been ordered from the manufacturer or distributor, there is no stopping it until it reaches your door. Size changes and cancellations made after your order has been shipped will be subject to the appropriate exchange/restocking fee.

Acceptance Mark

SDG Motorsport has chosen Paypal as our primary means of payment due to their high security measures, minimum down time, and ease of use for both our customers and us. PayPal is a faster, easier, more secure way to accept and make payments online. Australians who shop online prefer to use PayPal over Visa or MasterCard* - and more than 34,000 Australian businesses already accept PayPal on their website.

 

 

For Australian customers only, we also offer direct deposit.  These details will be provided to you at the completion of the ordering process.

Shipping

Due to high demand, Joker Machine have advised that there may be a 30-40 day wait on some products. We apologise for this inconvenience. This does not affect parts from our other suppliers.

Freight charges will automatically be added to your total cost in your shopping cart.

Our standard delivery time is 7-14 working days from date of order.  You will be contacted if there will be a delay in shipping your order.

For large orders, please contact us via email prior to ordering to obtain a quote on shipping.

For international orders, please contact us prior to ordering in order to obtain an exact shipping price.

 

When we receive your order you will be sent an e-mail message to notify you of the status of your order.

If your item is out of stock, you will be advised of the estimated arrival of the item.
